Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope & Professional Service Nature

Neuronprismhub provides specialized technical advisory, machine learning architecture reviews, and engineering audits. Because our services involve dedicated senior engineering time, customized code analysis, and reserved consultant availability, this Refund & Cancellation Policy establishes clear expectations for engagement agreements.

2. Engagement Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel an agreed consulting engagement subject to the following timeline conditions:

• Prior to Work Commencement: If written notice of cancellation is received more than seven (7) business days before the formal kick-off date (prior to any code repository inspection or working session), the Client is eligible for a full refund of any prepaid retainer deposit, minus a 5% administrative wire processing fee.
• Within 7 Business Days of Kick-off: If cancellation occurs within seven business days before kick-off, 50% of the initial retainer deposit is non-refundable to compensate for reserved consultant calendar blocks.
• After Work Has Commenced: Once telemetry intake, repository inspection, or working sessions have begun, initial retainer deposits are non-refundable. Client remains responsible for pro-rata billing covering completed phases and hours incurred up to the date of written cancellation notice.

3. Working Session Rescheduling & No-Shows

Rescheduling Notice: We recognize that engineering priorities and deployment emergencies arise. Working sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Scheduled technical working sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice (no-show) will count toward the total allocated working sessions stipulated in the Statement of Work.

4. Non-Refundable Deliverables

The following items and milestones are strictly non-refundable:

• Completed architectural review phases and delivered technical assessment documents.
• Customized code templates, data contract specifications, and remediation blueprints already delivered to the Client.
• Completed working sessions and executive debrief presentations.

5. Defect Correction & Quality Guarantee

If a delivered written blueprint or architecture specification contains demonstrable factual errors regarding the Client's inspected codebase or fails to address an explicitly contracted SOW deliverable, Client must notify Neuronprismhub within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Neuronprismhub will revise, correct, and re-issue the deliverable at no additional charge within ten (10) business days.

6. Refund Processing Timeline & Method

Approved refund requests will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days following written confirmation. All refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method (international commercial bank wire transfer or local Taiwan domestic bank transfer).

7. How to Submit a Cancellation or Refund Request
