Engagement & Billing Terms
All pricing is quoted in USD with local Taiwan Dollar (TWD) invoicing available for Taiwan-based entities. Engagements are billed on a 50% retainer deposit upon contract signing and mutual NDA execution, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final architectural blueprint and review workshop.
